Privacy Policy

The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to explain the Company’s practices regarding the privacy of its website users and how the Company uses information provided by users through the website or collected during their use of the website. Unless expressly stated otherwise, defined terms shall have the meanings assigned to them in the Terms of Use Agreement.

1. Collection and Use of Information

1.1 Personal Information

Your personal details, personal information and/or identifying information (hereinafter: “Personal Information”) received by the Company through the website form are intended for the purpose of contacting you using the email address provided.

1.2 Storage of Information

Personal Information, as well as information concerning purchases made through the website (hereinafter collectively: the “Information”), shall be stored in the website’s database in accordance with the provisions of the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741–1981.

The Information shall be used in accordance with this Privacy Policy and/or the provisions of any applicable law.

1.3 Information Security

The Company makes commercially reasonable efforts to protect the integrity and security of the Information against unauthorized access by third parties.

The Information is collected and stored confidentially in a secure environment. The Company uses a combination of security technologies, including SSL encryption, security procedures, and other organizational measures, to protect the Information against unauthorized access, use, and/or disclosure by persons within the Company and/or third parties, in accordance with the Agreement and applicable law.

1.4 Credit Card Information

As detailed in the Terms of Use Agreement, credit card transactions made through the website are processed by an external payment-processing provider.

The Company does not store credit card details submitted by website users on its servers.

1.5 Registration

Certain uses of the website and/or services provided through the website may require registration, during which you may be asked to provide Personal Information, including, without limitation, your full name and email address (hereinafter: “Registration”).

You hereby confirm that any Personal Information provided to the Company during Registration is submitted voluntarily and with your consent.

1.6 Marketing Communications and Statistical Information

The Company may occasionally send you promotional and marketing communications by email, in accordance with the Israeli Communications Law (Telecommunications and Broadcasting) (Amendment No. 40), 5768–2008 (the “Spam Law”).

The Company may use the Information you provide through the website, as well as information collected regarding your usage patterns, for the following purposes:

  2. Improving other services offered by the Company;

  3. Contacting you when necessary, subject to the provisions of the Spam Law;

  1. Change your passwords regularly;

  2. Use a combination of letters and numbers when creating passwords; and

  3. Ensure that you use a secure and updated browser.

Cookies and web beacons are small files or graphic elements with unique identifiers embedded in web pages. Their purpose is to assist in collecting information regarding the viewing and use of the website, as well as audience data, such as age, gender, and areas of interest, generated through Google Analytics code.

The Information collected does not personally identify you. The use of Cookies and web beacons is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy. You may review Google’s Privacy Policy through its websites and/or through the relevant link provided on the website.

1.8 User-Submitted Content

The Company does not wish to receive any content or information that is confidential or protected by any rights. You are therefore requested not to upload or publish any such information through the website.

Any content or information submitted to the Company and/or published through the website or by any other means intended for publication—for example, through forums or comments, where available—shall be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary.

By submitting content or information for publication, you grant the Company a free and perpetual license to:

  2. Reproduce;

  3. Copy;

  4. Distribute;

  5. Market;

  6. Broadcast;

  7. Make available to the public; and

  8. Otherwise use such content and information at the Company’s discretion.

You are not and shall not in the future be entitled to receive any payment for content submitted to the Company and/or published through the website.

1.9 Disclosure of Information to Third Parties

Information provided by you is subject to the privacy-protection provisions of the Agreement and/or applicable law.

To the extent reasonably possible, the Company shall refrain from knowingly disclosing Information to third parties, except to service providers where necessary to complete purchases made through the website.

The Company may disclose Information in the following circumstances:

  1. If required to do so by a court order;

  2. If required under applicable law; or

  3. If criminal or civil legal action is threatened against the Company as a result of actions carried out by you through the website.

In such circumstances, the Company may disclose your details to the party claiming to have been harmed by your actions and/or in accordance with the applicable court order, without prior notice.

1.10 Links to Third-Party Websites

The website may contain links to other websites. The Company makes reasonable efforts to link to websites that, to the best of its knowledge, do not infringe the privacy of their users.

Nevertheless, the Company is not responsible for:

  1. The terms of use of third-party websites;

  2. The privacy policies of third-party websites;

  3. The content displayed on third-party websites; or

  4. Any matter related to or arising from the use of such websites.

Your use of links to third-party websites and/or your use of those websites is undertaken at your sole responsibility.

1.11 Right to Review and Delete Information

You are entitled to review Information collected and held by the Company in accordance with these Terms of Use and the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741–1981.

If Information held in the Company’s databases is used to contact you personally based on your membership in a particular population group, as determined by one or more characteristics of individuals whose names are included in the database (a “Commercial Solicitation”), you are entitled under the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741–1981, to request in writing that the Information relating to you be deleted from the database.

In such a case, the Company shall delete Information required solely for the purpose of sending you commercial offers.

Information required by the Company for the management of its business—including records of commercial and other activities performed by you through the Company’s website—shall continue to be retained in accordance with applicable law but shall no longer be used to contact you for marketing purposes.

1.12 Changes to the Privacy Policy

The Company may amend this Privacy Policy from time to time.

If material changes are made to provisions governing the use of Information you have provided, a notice concerning such changes shall be published on the website.
